Libby doesn't use Adobe authorization for ebooks, so you'll be able to download the same ebooks in Libby and in ADE, no matter what authorization you use for ADE. If you plan to use ADE and Libby, you can use whatever authorization you like in ADE. That way, you won't run into authorization issues when you download the same ebooks on your mobile device and on your computer. If you plan to use ADE and the OverDrive app, we encourage you to use an OverDrive account to authorize ADE. You can authorize up to six devices with one account.
